Because our collections are fulfilled through our trusted suppliers, all returns are subject to the return requirements and eligibility guidelines outlined below.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in its original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging, including the original SKU label when applicable

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns should not be mailed without receiving return instructions from Angels & Rosé Boutique.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

For hygiene and product-specific reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Jewelry
• Face masks
• Beauty products

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, you may return an eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Order number
• Item(s) you would like to return
• Reason for the return

We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions if your item qualifies.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible return has been approved and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
